ماهي السيكورتا في تركيا:
السيكورتا هي ضمان اجتماعي لكل من يريد العمل بشكل قانوني في تركيا حيث يقوم، صاحب العمل بدفع السيكورتا لصالح العامل سواء كان أجنبي أو تركي، ولكن يجب على العامل الأجنبي الحصول على إذن العمل أولاً ومن ثم التسجيل على السيكورتا، وإذا قام صاحب العمل بتوظيف العامل بدون إذن عمل فسيتم تغريمه مبلغ بقيمة 8000 ليرة تركي، كما ستتم مخالفة العامل 1000 ليرة تركي وحرمانه من العمل أيضاً.
ما هي شروط الحصول على إذن العمل أو سيكورتا في تركيا:
يستطيع أي شخص يحمل بطاقة الحماية المؤقتة أو معه إقامة سواء دائمة أو مؤقتة الحصول على اذن عمل او سيكورتا بشرط أن يكون فوق السن القانوني في تركيا (+18) وأن يحصل على إذن العمل، سواء كان صاحب شركة أو شريك أو موظف عادي.
